I'm getting bigger

Dear Friends,  My mommy says that the Lord is answering all of your prayers, because I am getting bigger! I still have a lot of catching up to do, but with lots of patience I will be big and strong like my daddy. There are a lot of Doctors that are very concerned with my size, but mommy says that God made me small for a reason, and that I am special just the way I am.
I guess you could say that the Doctors have become my friends, since I see them so much.
BIG gifts come in SMALL packages. Just like me! I may be small but my family says that I am their big gift from God. I don't like seeing everyone worried and afraid that I will never grow to a healthy size, I just want everyone to trust and love me the way I am. My family is so special to me, and I know they love me so much. Thank you everyone for being my friend, and praying for me. You guys are my prayer warriors!!

                                                                              Love,

Each day is another Smile

Every day for me is so exciting! I get to eat, sleep, and spend time with my family. There are a lot of things that I am just to small to do on my own right now, but mommy says that when I am older, I will be big enough to do them. My sisters love to take pictures of me, and I enjoy making funny faces for them! My mommy has to talk to a lot of Doctors for me, and make a lot of appointments for me. She is so good to me! Everything my family does, they do because they love me. I couldn't ask for a better family! Thank you God for giving me them!

Growing Up

                                                             A Month Old

I am now a month old, and I'm growing ! I am still very small for my age, but I know i will get bigger. Many people are praying for me, and I know that God will answer their prayers. Sometimes I get hungry in the middle of the night, and mommy comes and feeds me, so I will go back to sleep. Daddy and mommy love to watch me sleep, and make me laugh. There are times when I get sick, and I don't feel like eating, but my family knows that God will answer their prayers. And after waiting, trusting and being patient,  He did! My sister's had to take turns feeding me and holding me, I never thought that holding a really tiny baby could be so much fun. I lived in a girls world when my daddy wasn't home, that meant that I had to go in my car seat and drive all the way into town, just to go shopping, I didn't understand it! I didn't go into town a lot though, just because i was so small, and i needed good rest at home.  Thank you family for praying for me. And thank you God for answering their prayers.

Home from the hospital

                                                             I'm going home !

After sleeping in the hospital for ten days, the Doctor said i was strong enough to go home. My family gathered up all my things, and said good bye to my care takers. Daddy was very cautious about my sister's holding me or even touching me. I was an extremely delicate baby. I even had a sign on my car seat that said " Please wash your hands before touching mine". There was a whole world out there full of germs, and as long as i stayed as small as i was, I couldn't be exposed to any of them. I loved to look out through my crib, and see the world in motion. I could see my mommy's sad face as she talked about how small I was. Even though I was small, it didn't stop me from doing big things. My sisters dressed me in what they called a "cute" outfit, and put me beside their babydoll, who was only 17 inches long, and sure enough, I was still smaller.
